Casting Impregnators, Inc.
- Loctite® Systems - Our new state of the art 44 line offers wet vacuum, wet vacuum – pressure, and dry vacuum – wet vacuum – pressure (DVP) processes. Our 36 line offers wet vacuum only. We use Loctite® Resinol® RTC, the premier anaerobic sealant from the Henkel Corporation in both systems.
- Other Services - We offer vapor degreasing using trichloroethylene in our automated system to clean castings prior to impregnation. Pressure testing is available using your fixtures or we can build them. Standard testing pressure up to 100 psi, with higher pressure available.
Sealtronix, Inc.
- Loctite® Flexseal™ System - Our 22 line offers wet vacuum, wet vacuum - pressure, and dry vacuum - - wet vacuum - pressure (DVP) processes. We use Loctite Flexseal™ 5110 from the Henkel Corporation.
- Other Services - We have an oven available for pre-bake or post-bake if necessary. Pressure testing is available using your fixtures, or we can build them.
